BOWLER NAMES
This area is filled in automatically. The names and the order in which they
appear are based on the Info sheet.
Sub Total
These areas are calculated automatically based on the team's total
earnings. The values are based on the number of games bowled. Adjustments
from bowlers paying for substitutions and/or going in arrears are not
yet applied here.
Games Bowled
Here is where you can find out how many games were bowled by substitutions
and by your team roster for the total season thus far. The total of the
two should equal the total games bowled for the season up to the current
date. TeamStatPro separates games bowled by substitutions from
the games bowled by roster team members. TeamStatPro assumes that
substitutions do not share in the year end prize fund.

Dollars Credit
TeamStatPro separates games bowled by substitutions from games bowled
by roster team members. TeamStatPro assumes that substitutions do
not share in the year end prize fund. Roster bowlers, therefore, are responsible
for paying for substitutions and/or for being absent. TeamStatPro
separates these games bowled by substitution for this reason. Bowlers
paying for substitutions will receive credit for additional prize money
based on the number of games paid for on behalf of substitutions. This
value is entered for you automatically from Data Entry.
The total games bowled by substitutions (see Games Bowled above)
should equal the total games paid by roster bowlers for substitutions
(24 games in the above example).
$$ in Arrears
If for any reason someone falls behind in payment, enter the amount here
under the appropriate column. This can be done at any time and can be adjusted
up or down as required. TeamStatPro will automatically reduce his/her prize fund by
that same amount.
Total Paid Out
Individual earnings are based on a percentage of Team Earnings (his
or her share) and on the number of games bowled by that individual during
the season. These final values take all credits and arrears into consideration. This
is the bottom line. In the example above, two bowlers had their prize
fund adjusted for being in arrears. You will pay out $87.00 less which
equals the $87.00 your league secretary would have deducted from the team's
prize fund at the end of the season.

Dollars per point
Enter a single value here. Team earnings are partly based on this
value. Check with your league secretary for the appropriate amount.
Season's Total Points
This is a calculated value and represents the total points thus far
in the season. This is the combined total for Team and Individual points
whatever is applicable. No need to enter anything here. This will change
automatically every week based on your entries in the Data
Entry sheet.
Total Point Money
This is a calculated value and is based on the combined total points
multiplied by the dollars per point.
Total $$ returned from Arrears
This entry is automatic and represents money deducted from individual's
for being in arrears. This will equal the total $$ in Arrears (see
above). This total is returned to the team at this location and is added
to the total team earnings. All bowlers causing the team to fall in arrears
will have prize fund deductions taken automatically. These individual
deductions, when totalled, will remove the team from arrears for the league.
TeamStatPro perform these calculations so that all bowlers (the team)
will not be penalized in any way due to one or more bowlers falling in
arrears.

Awards / Income
This is where you can enter any additional team earnings. Just enter
a description and an amount and this will be added to the total Team earnings.
Do not enter Point Money here since there is a seperate area for this
in the area to the left. The total amount here get's distributed between
all team members based on games bowled.
Expenses / Costs
Here is where you can enter any team expenses. Enter all expenses
you are aware of and those your league secretary has deducted from your
total prize money. Do not enter player arrears here since there is a seperate
area for doing that in Data Entry. Just enter
a description and an amount and this will be deducted from the total Team
earnings. The total amount here get's deducted from all team members based
on games bowled.
